We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our Amazon Logistics Operations Finance team in Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing finance-related activities, implementing standardized controllership, reporting, and planning processes for our Delivery Stations across all EU countries.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for delivering weekly and monthly financial close, using financial systems and advanced MSExcel functions to work with large data sets. You will also identify and implement solutions to resolve, improve, automate, standardize, or simplify finance processes.

- Identify and implement solutions to resolve, improve, automate, standardize, or simplify finance processes.
- Work with a variety of data sources, identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, and escalating discrepancies.
- Communicate data in a clear, concise, and unambiguous manner, adjusting style for various audiences.
- Make thoughtful time management decisions independently, prioritizing work, resolving issues, meeting deadlines, and seeking feedback from your manager.
- A strong background in finance, with excellent analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with financial systems and advanced MSExcel functions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with various stakeholders.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach, with a strong attention to detail.
