We are Anker Innovations LTD, a leading innovator in smart technology and consumer electronics. We are seeking an experienced International Sales Director to spearhead our sales efforts in the French market for home security solutions.

With a minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in sales management roles, you will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing sales team to achieve sales goals and targets.

As the ideal candidate, you will possess a deep understanding of the French retail landscape, including local distributors and retailers such as Leroy Merlin. You will leverage this expertise to devise and implement effective sales strategies that drive business growth and expand our market share.

The estimated annual salary for this position is €120,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions. Your strong leadership and team management skills will enable you to motivate and guide your team to achieve exceptional results.

In addition to your industry experience, you should have a proven track record of success in sales management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to formulate and execute strategic plans effectively.

Fluency in English and French is essential for this role, as you will interact with various stakeholders, including local distributors, retailers, and internal teams.
