The Role:
As Sales Director, you will spearhead the company’s European expansion, leveraging your expertise to establish strategic partnerships and drive revenue growth. The role comes with the freedom to shape and execute market strategies while introducing innovative insurance solutions that meet regional needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the European market expansion strategy.
  • Partnership Development: Build and manage strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.
  • Revenue Targets: Achieve £1 million in revenue in year one, with plans for sustained growth.
  • Market Insights: Analyse market needs and tailor solutions to regional demands.

  • Performance Tracking: Set KPIs and report progress to senior management.
  • Proven track record in driving sales and forging partnerships within the insurance or Insurtech sectors.
