Your Responsibilities

As an Academic Programme Consultant, you will play a crucial role in advocating for GUS Germany GmbH's educational offerings to prospective students through various communication channels, including phone and email. This position is essential to our recruitment team.

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the journey of students from their initial inquiry to the completion of their tuition payment.


You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing the consultative sales process within established guidelines and protocols.

Success in this role requires a comprehensive understanding of relevant systems, GUS products, and the educational landscape. You will be expected to meet specific targets and organize your daily tasks to achieve defined goals.


Independence and proactive decision-making will be necessary to adapt to evolving priorities and work conditions, with the authority to make choices within established frameworks.

This may also involve addressing complaints and resolving issues that require collaboration with other departments.

You will typically establish and monitor performance standards within your area, with opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and service quality through process improvements.

Requirements
Delivering personalized guidance to all prospective students

Supporting students throughout the entire application process: from the initial discussion to the finalization and acceptance of their application to study with GUS.

Identifying potential career pathways for students and aligning them with specific GUS offerings.


For international students:
Providing information on visa and immigration matters, ensuring compliance.
Addressing inquiries from students regarding various programmes and their business partners.
Building rapport to foster trust and engage potential students.
Delivering exceptional customer service to all students and stakeholders, ensuring timely and efficient support that encourages students to choose GUS.
Offering tailored advice consistently.
Maintaining a positive and professional representation of GUS at all times, contributing to a favorable perception of the institution.
Managing student applications from initial inquiry to the payment of tuition fees.
