About the Role:
As an Assistant Front Desk Manager at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Front Desk team. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing the daily activities of the Front Desk, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and that our hotel standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the supervision of Front Desk Agents, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure that all guest requests are handled efficiently and effectively, and that all guest complaints are resolved in a timely manner.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Perform other tasks and projects as delegated by management.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Front Desk or Guest Services role.
