Job SummaryWe're seeking a Senior Front Desk Hospitality Agent to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality operations team, you'll be responsible for delivering an amazing guest experience, coordinating front desk operations, and supporting our team members.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate front desk operations, prioritizing and delegating tasks to completion
- Assist with training and mentorship of front desk hospitality agents
- Work alongside other front desk hospitality agents and our remote guest experience team to resolve issues and ensure a high level of service
- Utilize digital communication systems to receive guest calls, SMS, and live chats, and provide immediate support from the front desk
- Be the face of Sonder, making an awesome first impression on our guests, visitors, and partners
- Guide guests through the Sonder experience, ensuring they make the most of their stay and use our tech features
- Assist with administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly
- Support multiple Sonder properties throughout the local market, as required
- Significant experience using guest/customer communication tools such as Salesforce
- Personable, guest-centric, and positive, with excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong computer literacy and writing skills, with comfort switching between multiple desktop and mobile applications
- Organized, hardworking, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
- Flexible schedule and open to working evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift/carry items up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Demonstrated experience working in hotels, restaurants, or other customer-facing hospitality, service, and/or customer experience roles
