We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Administrator to join our team at Kinettix. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our data center infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain our data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, and network devices.
- Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to protect our infrastructure from threats.
- Collaborate with our development team to ensure seamless integration of new applications and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our internal teams and external clients.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the field of system administration.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data center support and system administration.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, including Windows Server and Redhat Linux/Oracle.
- Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMWare/ESX.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification.
- CompTIA A+ Certification.
- VMWare Certified Professional (VCP) certification.
- Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) certification.
