Job Title: EVP Global Vendors Supply Chain

At Lagardère Travel Retail, we are seeking an experienced EVP Global Vendors Supply Chain to lead our global supply chain activities across more than 30 countries.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize global supply chain operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance
  • Ensure consistency of end-to-end solutions with operational performance teams
  • Oversee logistics, procurement, and demand forecasting for centrally managed duty-free and fashion operations
  • Implement process improvements and technological innovations to enhance efficiency
  • Contribute to the definition of best routes to market for tenders and run activities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with global vendors to optimize value
  • Manage and mentor the global vendors supply chain team to foster a culture of continuous improvement
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Expertise in global supply chain management and international trade regulations
  • Proficiency in supply chain software and SAP systems
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of improving supply chain processes
  • Expertise in vendor management
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Knowledge of sustainability practices in supply chain operations
  • Multilingual capabilities for international communication

  • Continuous optimization of the supply chain process to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • SAP Expertise and information technology systems relevant to supply chain operations
  • Ability to identify potential supply chain disruptions and develop contingency plans
