Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director Supply Chain Operations to join our team in Mid-Europe. As a key member of our Supply Chain Operations team, you will be responsible for enabling business value through efficient, timely, and compliant supply execution to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all warehousing, distribution, and logistics processes and activities, ensuring adherence to agreed service levels, GxP, and Organon Quality standards.
  • Manage and lead a team of Supply Chain Operations Specialists involved in supply execution and related services to Organon customers.
  • Lead the IBP processes on the cluster level, managing and developing a team with different seniorities involved in demand planning and market distribution.
  • Serve as a first-line SCO contact to Organon Commercial Organization (OCO) partners in the market, collaborating with local, regional, and global stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Master of Science or equivalent required, with an advanced degree in business, engineering, or a scientific field.
  • At least 7 years of relevant work experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service, Logistics, Quality, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or consultancy.
  • Solid understanding of Distribution and Logistics systems and processes, with experience in 3PL management and negotiation.
  • Thorough experience in IBP processes and comprehensive knowledge of Demand Planning processes.
  • Good understanding of working in a GxP environment, with people management capability and affinity.
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities, teamwork, and collaboration, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Business and Finance acumen, with excellent oral and written communication skills in English and preferably French.
Preferred Experience and Skills
  • Acquainted with Lean/Six Sigma and any other continuous improvement methodology.
  • Acquainted with SAP Hana or any other ERP system.
