Job Title: Family Support Coordinator

The Département de la Haute-Savoie is seeking a Family Support Coordinator to enhance their efforts in providing essential family assistance services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in collaborative meetings to guide and assist Family Support Workers
  • Work alongside Child Protection services in evaluating potential candidates
  • Offer analytical insights and support during the recruitment phase
  • Facilitate training sessions for newly appointed Family Support Workers
  • Provide ongoing support to Workers throughout their professional development
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of training initiatives and professional development activities
  • Ensure comprehensive professional guidance for each Family Support Worker
  • Assess and refine care strategies in partnership with Family Support Workers
  • Coordinate with various departments to evaluate child placement options
  • Collaborate on departmental projects
  • Foster partnerships within the Child Protection sector

Candidate Profile:

  • Familiarity with child welfare systems
  • Excellent analytical and synthesis capabilities
  • Proficient writing skills
  • Background in child welfare services
