Job Description

We are seeking a Strategic Buyer Group to join our dynamic and innovative team.

This role is based at our headquarters in Montélimar, a region known for its high quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Procurement: Define procurement strategies in collaboration with management, focusing on innovation and efficiency.
  2. Cost Optimization: Propose actions to optimize costs, adopting a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) approach, including initiatives such as exploring alternative materials, negotiating with suppliers, and optimizing supplier allocation.
  3. Supplier Development: Drive supplier development by piloting material substitution plans, identifying and negotiating with new suppliers, and ensuring the effective deployment of new products in our factories.
  4. Economic Vigilance: Stay at the forefront of the industry by ensuring economic, strategic, and technological vigilance in your procurement categories, contributing to maintaining our market leadership.
  5. Strategic Interface: As a vital link between suppliers and production sites, intervene promptly in case of logistical, quality, price, or technical issues, and provide first-class technical support.
  6. Environmental Vigilance: Ensure rigorous vigilance on regulations such as REACH and LOLM, while promoting harmonious collaboration between suppliers, the QHSE group service, and our sites.
Requirements
  1. A solid experience in production procurement management.
  2. Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
  3. A strategic vision and ability to anticipate market trends.
  4. A passion for technical optimization and continuous improvement.
  5. Good proficiency in Excel (formulas, TCD).
  6. Good mastery of English to communicate with various sites and suppliers.
  7. Ability to travel (20% of the time) to visit suppliers and sites.
