We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities- Analyze HR needs in collaboration with HR and Service Directors to determine staffing requirements.
- Identify suitable job boards, organizations, and recruitment platforms to connect with potential candidates.
- Develop compelling job postings and provide strategic guidance to stakeholders on recruitment initiatives.
- Build relationships with educational institutions, agencies, and government entities to support recruitment efforts.
- Review applications, screen resumes and cover letters, and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and referees, gathering insights and feedback on candidates.
- Verify references for shortlisted candidates and contribute to the final hiring decisions in consultation with the recruitment manager.
- Manage specific recruitment campaigns, including internships and training programs.
- Develop partnerships with educational institutions to access a diverse pool of talent.
We are looking for a candidate who embodies confidentiality, discretion, and pragmatism.
- Proven experience in HR and recruitment within a similar industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively represent the company to candidates and new hires.
- Willingness to travel nationally for work may be required.
