Are you a skilled professional looking for a challenging role in the field of digital manufacturing? We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Manufacturing Solutions Engineer to join our team at Verkor, a pioneering company in low-carbon battery manufacturing.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our MES Digital Operations Group solutions for our gigafactory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting manufacturing systems, quality control, and workflow-driven applications. Experience with AvevaTM Model-Driven MES, System Platform (Wonderware Archestra IDE), Aveva Historian, Work Tasks (Skelta), or Enterprise Integrator is highly desirable.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient technical solutions, testing and validating system implementations, ensuring integration with automation, and interfacing with other systems such as ERP, PLM, WMS. They will also support systems commissioning for our Gigafactory site from FAT to SOP and contribute to building a world-class MES Digital Manufacturing Industry 5.0 strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement efficient technical solutions for our MES Digital Operations Group
  • Test and validate system implementations to ensure seamless integration with automation and other systems
  • Support systems commissioning for our Gigafactory site from FAT to SOP
  • Contribute to building a world-class MES Digital Manufacturing Industry 5.0 strategy

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in information systems or computer science
  • Experience in supporting manufacturing systems, quality control, and workflow-driven applications
  • Strong knowledge of AvevaTM Model-Driven MES, System Platform (Wonderware Archestra IDE), Aveva Historian, Work Tasks (Skelta), or Enterprise Integrator
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
