Job Title: Pastry Chef
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to join our team at Club Med Group. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for producing various international pastries, leading and training Pastry cook assistants, and ensuring the respect of Club Med's standards and hygiene procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Producing high-quality pastries and desserts
- Leading and training Pastry cook assistants
- Attending and decorating during buffets
- Participating in menu creation
- Preparing orders and managing stock
- Ensuring the respect of Club Med's standards and hygiene procedures
Requirements:
- Diploma in Culinary Arts or similar certification
- Experience in the function and team management
- Knowledge of traditional pastry, catering, and Viennese breads
- Fluent in English
Contract Type: Temporary contract
Package: Seasonal contract with salary adapted to skills and experience, accommodation, and meals provided by Club Med.
