We are seeking a skilled Charcuterie Sales Specialist to join our team at WORK 2000 in Dijon for an interim contract.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcoming and advising customers, selling charcuterie and deli products
- Organizing product presentation and store promotion
- Managing the charcuterie department
- Receiving merchandise
- Cutting, packaging, and wrapping products
- Ensuring product quality and freshness
- Preparing products (slicing, weighing, packaging)
- Compliance with hygiene and cold chain rules
- Ability to work in a team
- Mastering product ranges and their seasonalities
- Customer service orientation
Educational Background: Charcutier CAP or Equivalent Experience
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Compensation and Benefits:Salary: 10.85€/hour + 10% IFM + 10% ICP
