Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Ma to join our team at Hitachi Vantara Corporation. As a Sales Ma, you will be responsible for acting as a main point of contact for customers, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries, preparing sales reports and summaries, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating closely with internal teams to manage commercial activity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement
    • Coordinate and complete customer quotations, under the supervision of the Sales Manager
    • Support customer visits to manufacturing sites and sales offices globally
    • Analyze costs and pricing for customer applications
  • Order Management
    • Receive, verify, and manage customer purchase orders
    • Maintain the sales budget for the accounts managed
  • Commercial Support
    • Support customer cost breakdown activities
    • Track and update customer contracts
    • Maintain and control project expenses
  • Product Development
    • Support commercial aspects of product development and design changes
    • Understand customer's expectations
    • Understand customer's organization, program milestones, and key deliverables
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to have a strong understanding of commercial activities and be able to analyze costs and pricing for customer applications.
