Job Title: Modular Units Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Modular Units Project Manager to join our team at Axens. As a key member of our New Development & Transformation Business Division, you will play a crucial role in driving the development of our modular units offering in the field of chemical recycling of plastics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and promote Axens' modular offer in the field of plastics recycling, working closely with our Plastics Recycling Technologists team to achieve our business plan targets.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to receive tenders and prepare technical proposals for the supply of modular units, involving and coordinating with relevant teams across Axens.
  • Work with the Cost Estimation team to identify cost elements and establish the technical price of the project, proposing preliminary execution plans, schedules, and scopes for validation by execution teams.
  • Develop coherent proposals covering technical, contractual, and commercial aspects, working with Sales Managers and the Legal Department.
  • Analyze and integrate feedback to continuously improve our modular units offering.
Requirements:
  • General engineer or specialized in process or mechanical engineering, with a minimum of 10 years' experience on modular or EPC projects in a project engineer and/or proposal/pre-sales role.
  • Fluent in English, with a good communication level of French or willingness to learn the language.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong sense of cooperation and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Rigorous, with good writing skills and ability to summarize complex information.
  • Strong interest in customer relations and commercial ambition.
