Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our Corporate CoManufacturing & Industrial B2B team as a Global Contract Manufacturing Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing our global contract-manufacturing sourcing strategy, leading our GCM StratCo, and driving business growth through industrial solutions.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global contract-manufacturing sourcing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives value creation.
- Lead the GCM StratCo, a key decision-making body that prioritizes and allocates resources to high-impact projects.
- Contribute to external growth strategic investigations and provide leadership within our Global Contract Manufacturing Strategic Committee.
- Offer industrial solutions to our business clusters, including product range expansion and capex savings.
- Select and approve a network of international partnership hubs to create value and optimize capex.
- Negotiate and manage complex relationships with top suppliers, including ExCom VP's, Cluster GM's, Brand GM's, and Corporate functions.
- Lead the relationship with our top 8 Comans, organizing regular top-to-top meetings to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Provide strategic leadership to General Operational Directors, Brand Operational Directors, and other Industrial contributors to Co-manufacturing projects.
- Manage a team of five direct reports and two functional reports.
Requirements
- Graduate from a Business School or University in Business, Sales, Finance, or Purchasing.
- 10-15 years of professional experience in these fields, preferably at a Key Account Management Level or as a Department Director.
- Strong cross-cultural/international negotiation, team management, sourcing, communication, project management, and fluency in English.
- Excellent relationship/partnership management, entrepreneurial mindset, and analytical capabilities.
- Knowledge in controlling and legal expertise in contract writing and negotiation in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
