Main Missions

The successful candidate will contribute to the development of the Group's Contract-Manufacturing sourcing strategic policy and manage its implementation at a Group level (Brand GMs) and regional level (Business Clusters).

They will assume leadership of the GCM StratCo, a key arbitration authority that focuses on most profitable projects and resources allocation accordingly.

The ideal candidate will contribute from the early beginning to the Bel external growth strategic investigations (Leadership within the Global Contract Manufacturing Strategic Committee).

They will provide the Business Clusters with complementary/wider Industrial solutions (enlargement of product ranges, Capex savings etc...).

The selected candidate will select and approve an international network of partnership hubs, in the perspective of creation of value and capex optimizations for the group.

They will set up "win-win" deals within a complex management of regular opposite interests involving ExCom VP's, Cluster GM's, Brand GM's, Corporate functions, Directors on Bel's side, and General Managers and CEO's of Regional and International Companies on supplier's side.

The successful candidate will act as a leader in the relationship with the top 8 Comans, organize top to top meetings to entertain and set up smooth and efficient ways of working.

They will formal and un-formal but key leadership role toward General Operational Directors and Brand Operational Directors and other Industrial contributors to Co-manufacturing projects (Supply Chain, Quality, Industrial performance, Industrial Strategy).

The ideal candidate will manage five direct reports, and two functional reports.

Profile

Graduated from a Business School or University in Business, Sales, Finance or Purchasing, the ideal candidate has built successfully a 10 to 15 years professional experience in these fields, preferably at a Key Account Management Level or as a Department Director.

Specific skills required include cross-cultural/international negotiation, team management, sourcing, good communication, project management, and fluency in English.

Personal values such as excellent relationship/partnership management, entrepreneurial mindset, and analytical capabilities are highly valued.

Additionally, knowledge in controlling and legal expertise in contract writing and negotiation in English are necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software is also required.
