The VATEUD ATC Training Department is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Regional Manager.
About the Role
The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing ATC Training activity throughout the VATSIM Europe Division and ensuring high and similar quality standards for ATCos division-wide.
- Manage contact with a set of vACCs, including tracking vACC ATD staff changes and vACC ATC training activity.
- Enforce VATEUD, VATEMEA, and VATSIM.NET policies, finding policy-compliant solutions with vACCs.
- Support VATEUD ATC Training Department projects and examine CPTs VATEUD-wide.
- Bring innovative ideas to enhance VATSIM for its members.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A strong motivation to work towards high and similar ATC quality standards and high training efficiency VATEUD-wide.
- A minimum C1 rating, with higher ratings being beneficial.
- Time to check VATEUD emails multiple times a week and commit at least 3 hours per week to the role.
- ATC mentoring and examining experience, with VATSIM staff experience being advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly through different mediums to diverse people.
- Fluency in English, with other languages being an advantage.
- Membership in good standing with the network.
