Regional Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to accelerate our growth across EMEA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business development and account management initiatives.

This is a new position reporting to the VP of Sales, and will involve a mix of business development and account management. You will work closely with assigned customers to secure design wins and manage revenue. Additionally, you will manage and drive the distribution network to develop new business opportunities.

Suitable candidates will have a technical background and qualification within electronic engineering, as well as connectivity/audio SoC sales experience across various markets such as smart home, wireless audio, wearable and healthcare.

This is a home-based role with travel across EMEA. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Managing and maintaining relationships with key customers and partners
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales initiatives

Requirements include:

  • 4-8 years of sales or business development experience within the semiconductor/electronics industry
  • Degree qualified within Electronics, Engineering, Physics, or related subject
  • Knowledge of Wireless Connectivity technologies such as RF, Bluetooth, LoRa, WiFi or Ultra-Wide-Band
  • Previous Field Application Engineering experience would be highly beneficial
  • Experience supporting reps and distribution partners
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent within English is a must. Additional languages be will advantageous.
