Job Description

As a Regional Account Manager at Deliveroo, you will be responsible for leading a team of Account Managers and reporting to the Senior Regional Manager as part of the FR Local team. Your primary focus will be on developing the strategy for Partners within your market, growing the order volume and market share, and optimizing the Deliveroo partnership with local accounts and top brands.

You will be accountable for the development plan, success, and learning curve of your team members, setting the right KPIs and OKRs to monitor your market. Your role will be commercially focused, working closely with teams including operations, marketing, Editions, and product teams to ensure Deliveroo remains the most preferred platform for local and strategic Partners.

The Regional Account Manager will need to deploy a hyper-local strategy, getting a 360° view of the business with an end-to-end business understanding and strategic drive. You will lead one of the largest markets in the world, bringing your creativity to the service of our Partners and Deliveroo.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategy for Partners within your market;
  • Grow the order volume and market share within your market;
  • Optimize the Deliveroo partnership with local accounts and top brands;
  • Lead a team of Account Managers and report to the Senior Regional Manager;
  • Set and achieve regional targets;
  • Be the face of Deliveroo to top restaurant partners;
  • Lead negotiations and be accountable for the scorecard/Gold standards within your market;
  • Collaborate with hyper-local restaurant marketing and rider operations teams;
  • Create a commercial value proposition for your portfolio of restaurants;
  • Grow and exceed customer satisfaction, restaurant health, and Deliveroo output metrics;
  • Become a trusted advisor to your key restaurant stakeholders.
