Sales Force Support Post-Acute Specialist

Mölnlycke Health Care is a global leader in innovative medical solutions for wound care, surgical procedures, and infection prevention. We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Force Support Post-Acute Specialist to join our team in Wasquehal, France.
About the RoleAs a Sales Force Support Post-Acute Specialist, you will be responsible for providing operational support to our sales teams, ensuring the efficient functioning of our commercial organization. Your key objectives will include:
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and sales teams to contribute to the development of our company image and commercial organization.
- Assisting the National Sales Manager Wound Care in their daily tasks and responsibilities.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Organizing regional sales meetings, seminars, and DR meetings, ensuring a motivating work environment for our sales teams and optimal conditions for achieving our division's objectives.
- Recruitment: contacting and organizing logistics with candidates, planning interviews, and coordinating with the National Sales Training Manager to develop training programs for new hires.
- Coordinating with external partners and vendors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
- Managing event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation arrangements.
- Ensuring that all stakeholders receive timely and professional responses to their inquiries.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent (BTS, Licence Pro).
- At least 10 years of experience in a similar function, preferably in a pharmaceutical company or medical device industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with Teams and Veeva.
