Mölnlycke Health Care is a global leader in innovative medical solutions for wound care, surgical procedures, and infection prevention. We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Force Support Post-Acute Specialist to join our team in Wasquehal, France.

About the Role

As a Sales Force Support Post-Acute Specialist, you will be responsible for providing operational support to our sales teams, ensuring the efficient functioning of our commercial organization. Your key objectives will include:

  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and sales teams to contribute to the development of our company image and commercial organization.
  • Assisting the National Sales Manager Wound Care in their daily tasks and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Organizing regional sales meetings, seminars, and DR meetings, ensuring a motivating work environment for our sales teams and optimal conditions for achieving our division's objectives.
  • Recruitment: contacting and organizing logistics with candidates, planning interviews, and coordinating with the National Sales Training Manager to develop training programs for new hires.
  • Coordinating continuous training for new employees, including organizing logistics, arranging transportation, and ensuring the necessary materials are available.
  • Ensuring timely responses to requests from external partners and suppliers.
  • Managing event-related tasks, including coordinating with hotels and suppliers, arranging transportation, and creating budgets.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field (Bac + 2/3 or equivalent).
  • At least 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a pharmaceutical company or medical device industry.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Fluency in French and English.
