Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Alliances Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key cybersecurity vendors.
Key Responsibilities- Align with our cybersecurity portfolio to understand our vision and roadmap, and agree on business objectives with partners.
- Participate in the development of partnership contracts by supporting our legal and procurement teams.
- Build long-term, strategic relationships with strategic cybersecurity alliance partners.
- Develop business plans with strategic cybersecurity partners, including revenue targets and action plans to federate our sales and pre-sales teams with partners' sales organizations to achieve/exceed goals.
- Execute partner business plans, track partner progress, and achievement to goals.
- Support and empower cross-division teams, including portfolio teams, delivery, marketing, legal, procurement, etc.
- Raise awareness in Capijobnew around the partnership, joint objectives, and capabilities through sales enablement webinars, one-to-one account meetings, trainings, or global communications.
- Conduct weekly review calls and quarterly relationship status meetings with our strategic partners.
- Work with partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies.
- Track and manage joint sales pipeline to align with quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures with procurement and financial departments to quickly identify and resolve issues.
- Work with multiple sales, business, and technical teams within both Capijobnew and each partner to define and execute joint technology, marketing, and sales initiatives.
- Engage each partner's field sales organizations and channels to create and drive revenue opportunities for Capijobnew and partners.
- Monitor partners' business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners.
- Identify joint customer segments and industry verticals to approach with a joint value proposition Capijobnew-strategic partner.
- Ensure that Capijobnew sales field and partner business managers work closely with each partner's customer base to maximize success.
- Understand the technical requirements of each partner and work closely with our internal portfolio team to guide the direction of our cybersecurity offerings.
- Support strategic deals by developing the winning strategy, writing the executive summary/offer differentiators, and following up with partners to secure the best competitive prices.
We are looking for a professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital industry technology partners management roles, preferably in cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical acumen and deep familiarity with cloud and security industries. Fluency in English with excellent spoken and written skills is required, as well as experience with business development tools (CRM & Analytics).
