Technical Account Manager - Cybersecurity Solutions

At Capijobnew, we're seeking a skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with key enterprise customers, providing technical guidance and support to help them achieve their strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer business and technical needs to provide tailored technical support solutions.
  • Proactively guide customers with technical recommendations and best practices to optimize their return on investment.
  • Run advanced troubleshooting on Fortinet products, reproduce customer environments on lab equipment, and recommend potential new solutions.
  • Take ownership of customer incidents to drive timely resolutions and manage customer communications and expectations.
  • Participate in customer conference calls or face-to-face meetings and produce service reports to summarize service activity and performance.
Requirements:
  • Good understanding of data networking protocols, specifically TCP/IP, routing, and switching.
  • Hands-on experience with security products and technologies, such as Firewalls, IDS/IPS, DDoS, VPN, and Web Application Firewall.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with experience in a technical support position in the telco or large enterprise space.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with previous experience in face-to-face and remote customer management.
  • Fortinet certification (NSE4, NSE5, NSE7, NSE8) is an advantage.
Education and Experience:
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a technical support or post-sales role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
