Position Title: Specialist in Recourse and Fraud Management
Become a key player in the accounting and financial division of Caf des Hauts-de-Seine, where the recourse and fraud management unit presents a diverse range of responsibilities.
- Manage recourse cases for beneficiaries in both judicial and administrative settings, which includes drafting memos for administrative court procedures and overseeing cases in judicial contexts.
- Address requests for recourse from beneficiaries;
- Handle intricate cases and provide support to team members on matters related to recourse and fraud;
- Supervise fraud activities, including the preparation of fraud committees, issuing notifications of sanctions, and organizing penalty committees;
- Draft reports concerning complaints related to fraud sanctions;
- Foster collaborations with the Departmental Council of Hauts-de-Seine, legal representatives, and the Nanterre Public Prosecutor's office to combat fraudulent activities;
Essential Skills:
- Highly organized, self-sufficient, meticulous, and an effective communicator, with a solid understanding of family benefits and social protection regulations or the capability to swiftly acquire this knowledge;
Necessary Qualifications:
- Degree in legal studies;

- Starting annual salary of €30k, negotiable based on experience;
