The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our fast-growing Talent Acquisition Team. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and create compelling offer packages that attract top talent.

Your primary objective will be to build a diverse pipeline of high-quality candidates, leveraging your expertise in recruitment marketing, social media, and data analysis to drive results. You'll also collaborate with our Global HR partners to ensure seamless integration with our overall talent strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with regional hiring managers to understand role profiles and hiring needs
  • Act as a Talent Acquisition consultant, advising on best recruitment practices, candidate market insights, and more
  • Identify and engage candidates who can add value to Ogury
  • Understand Ogury's core values, team alignment, and driving principles
  • Actively manage and engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Strategically build a pipeline for hard-to-fill roles using creative sourcing strategies
  • Collaborate with the broader talent team on employer branding projects and initiatives
  • Formulate contracts and documentations needed for hiring, with a strong understanding of local markets
What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track sourcing metrics and draw insights
  • Comfortability in formulating contracts and having a top-level understanding of employment law in EMEA & APAC regions
  • Experience working in a high-growth environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities
  • Good level of English (business level)
