BD Medical - Pharmaceutical Systems is a leading provider of needle technologies, prefillable syringes, safety and shielding systems, and self-injection systems for pharmaceutical and biotech companies worldwide. We are seeking a highly creative and driven professional to join our Global Marketing Team as our Senior Global Portfolio Marketing Manager - Vaccine.
Key Responsibilities:- Support global marketing and brand management for our vaccine & anticoagulant portfolio with a focus on strategic marketing input, market development, product launches, and promotion tools preparation.
- Develop, translate and use customer insights as critical inputs in the development program to identify product differentiation, dialogue with R&D and Medical Affairs, and other customer support functions such as Regulatory Affairs and Technical Services.
- Seek inputs from others across the organization to fine-tune and adapt the marketing strategy of your portfolio to reflect meaningful nuances in customers' needs and other legitimate market challenges.
- Lead marketing implementation of the campaigns to ensure in coordination with regional teams and platforms, successful global launch of new products and offerings.
- Ownership of the successful execution and alignment of regional marketing programs through local sales and marketing plans (including sales training and marketing communication).
- Supply the market analysis to the annual strategic and financial planning process working with the Global Portfolio Marketing Director and the global therapeutic segment business directors.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in GLOBAL marketing (MANDATORY).
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry with knowledge of the vaccine market (IDEAL) or more generally, experience in the MedTech or medical device industry is a MUST HAVE.
- Experience in strategic innovation, portfolio management, and new product launches, preferably in medical devices or other highly regulated industries.
- Fluency in English and good level in French (A PLUS).
