Global Marketing Portfolio Manager Opportunity

BD Medical - Pharmaceutical Systems is a leading provider of needle technologies, prefillable syringes, safety and shielding systems, and self-injection systems for pharmaceutical and biotech companies worldwide.

We are seeking a highly creative and driven professional to join our Global Marketing Team as our Sr Global Portfolio Marketing Manager – Vaccine. This role will be responsible for supporting global marketing and brand management for our vaccine & anticoagulant portfolio with a focus on strategic marketing input, market development, product launches, and promotion tools preparation.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, and Technical Services, to deliver differentiated offerings with attractive value propositions and evidence-based claims for our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and translating customer insights into critical inputs for product differentiation and dialogue with R&D and Medical Affairs
  • Leading marketing implementation of campaigns to ensure successful global launch of new products and offerings
  • Ownership of the successful execution and alignment of regional marketing programs through local sales and marketing plans
  • Supplying market analysis to the annual strategic and financial planning process

Minimum of 5 years of experience in GLOBAL marketing is required. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry with knowledge of the vaccine market is ideal. Fluency in English and good level in French is a plus.
