Dynamic RH is seeking a dedicated Construction Site Supervisor (M/F) to enhance our team.
In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with the effective management of construction projects, working closely with the site lead to ensure seamless operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing the site in accordance with project specifications,
- Overseeing the initiation of tasks and conducting quality assessments,
- Restoring and maintaining the surrounding environment.
To excel in this position, you should possess a comprehensive understanding of various techniques pertinent to mid-phase construction, including:
- Executing foundational structures (foundations, screeds, slabs, floors, etc.),
- Assembling and positioning reinforcement components in concrete,
- Creating and installing formwork,
- Pouring concrete and other types of mortars,
- Conducting masonry work by joining materials (bricks, blocks, plaster tiles, etc.) with binding agents (cement, plaster, etc.),
- Preparing and applying finishes on diverse interior or exterior surfaces (façades),
- Creating openings in masonry (windows, doors, etc.),
- Renovation tasks, rubble laying, slab casting, and both interior and exterior plastering.
Additionally, a solid understanding of safety protocols and regulations on site is essential, along with relevant experience in a comparable role.
Willingness to travel within the region may be necessary.

Candidate Profile:
- Versatile with a proactive mindset and excellent interpersonal abilities,
- Knowledgeable about site safety regulations,
- Proven experience in a similar capacity.
