As a Customer Care Agent at Sitel, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing excellent service in all situations. Your key attributes will include:

  • Listen carefully to customer requests and take into account all shared details.
  • Choose the best approach to deal with each customer case.
  • Remain professional and calm in any situation.
  • Demonstrate a professional attitude that reflects the best image of the company.
  • Offer the most appropriate solutions to customer requests.

Required Profile:

  • Fluency in English, both in speaking and writing.
  • Customer service experience in a call center environment.
  • A customer-oriented attitude in all circumstances.
  • Mastery of customer relationship management techniques (CRM).
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • A high level of calm and self-control.
  • Empathy and understanding towards the customer.
