As an Account Manager at Modjo, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts from onboarding through renewal and during the entire run phase. Your primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction, secure renewals, and maximize contract value.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and secure renewals
- Maximize contract value through effective negotiation and relationship-building
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer success
- 2 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales
- Full professional proficiency in English and French
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer success platforms
- Previous experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management with a proven track record of overachieving targets
