Centre Hospitalier de Carcassonne is seeking a highly experienced Clinical Research Associate (CRA) Senior Coordinator to join our dedicated Clinical Research Unit.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead investigation activities from study initiation to closure, collaborating closely with your team partner.
- Provide guidance and training to ARC/TEC interns.
- Ensure timely and accurate data collection throughout clinical trials.
- Monitor and support clinical trials in accordance with regulatory guidelines and good clinical practices.
- Develop and maintain quality systems, processes, and procedures specific to your area of expertise.
- Actively participate in patient screening, recruitment, follow-up, and data collection.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and contribute to bi-annual activity reports.
- Conduct monitoring tasks as required.
Required Profile and Skills:
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, autonomy, proactivity, adaptability, and a commitment to quality management. Possess the ability to lead effectively and foster innovation within the team.
- Hold significant experience in clinical investigation as an ARC or previous experience in study coordination (ideally over 5 years).
- Successfully manage a portfolio of 15-25 concurrent clinical studies.
- Possess a scientific background at the Bac+5 to Bac+8 level.
- Have a thorough understanding of relevant regulations and good clinical practices.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and specialized software applications.
- Fluency in written and spoken French; a strong command of scientific English.
