Clinical Research Coordinator Senior

We are seeking a highly experienced Clinical Research Coordinator Senior to join our dynamic team at the Centre Hospitalier de Carcassonne. As a key member of our research department, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing clinical research studies, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.

• Develop and manage clinical research studies from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
• Provide expert guidance and training to junior research staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and institutional policies, maintaining the highest standards of quality and integrity.
• Collaborate with investigators, research staff, and other stakeholders to develop and implement study protocols, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
• Conduct site initiation visits, monitor study progress, and ensure compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with investigators, research staff, and other stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Participate in the development and implementation of quality management systems, ensuring continuous improvement and excellence in research practices.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical research coordination, preferably in a senior role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple clinical studies, with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and timely execution.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, GCP, and institutional policies, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical and effective manner.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet applications.
• Fluency in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
