Clinical Research Coordinator Senior

We are seeking a highly experienced Clinical Research Coordinator Senior to join our dynamic team at the Centre Hospitalier de Carcassonne. As a key member of our research department, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing clinical research studies, ensuring the highest quality of data collection and management.

• Develop and implement clinical research studies, from initial prospecting to study closure and billing, in collaboration with our medical specialties.
• Provide guidance and training to junior Clinical Research Coordinators and Technicians.
• Ensure timely completion of studies, high-quality data collection, and data exhaustivity.
• Dynamize and encourage investigators, and monitor the conduct of clinical trials in accordance with regulatory requirements and Good Clinical Practice.
• Establish and maintain a quality system, including processes, procedures, protocols, and guidelines specific to your area of activity.
• Participate in patient screening, recruitment, and follow-up, as well as data collection (TEC job description), at least until the team is fully established.
• Ensure continuous reporting and write/co-write a bi-annual activity report.
• Additional monitoring tasks may be assigned.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy, reactivity, proactivity, adaptability, management quality, ability to federate, creative spirit, and innovation.
• Senior Clinical Research Associate or experience in clinical trial coordination (preferably > 5 years of experience).
• Able to manage a portfolio of clinical trials, with 15-25 studies simultaneously.
• Scientific profile, Bachelor's degree to Master's degree.
• Perfect mastery of current regulations and perfect knowledge of GCP.
• Proficiency in computer tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and specialized software.
• Perfect mastery of French in writing and speaking; good level of scientific English, particularly in writing.
