We are seeking a highly skilled HR and Financial Manager to join our team at the European Psychiatric Association (EPA) in Strasbourg. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Executive Director and Director of Finance and Operations in their duties.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement effective HR processes, including performance reviews and professional development interviews.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Supervise communication of salary elements for staff and liaise with social service providers.
- Support recruitment processes and staff changes, including consultants.
- Approve time off and modifications to work schedules.
- Collect and verify invoices and expenses reports, prepare analytical allocation for the accountant, and set up payments.
- Draft administrative correspondence in English and French.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR and/or finance management.
- Strong understanding of HR and financial good practices, as well as relevant regulations.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/365 software.
- Knowledge of and experience with association and international environments.
- Full-time position with a 12-month temporary contract.
- Based at the EPA Office in Strasbourg with partial teleworking possible.
- Some travel in France and Europe.
