Extended Enterprise Product Manager

Airbus Helicopters is seeking an Extended Enterprise Product Manager to join our Information Management team in Marignane, France.
You will be part of a team actively contributing to the digitalization of Airbus Helicopters, providing Extended Enterprise Solutions that enable Suppliers, Partners, Customers, and employees to access AH Information Systems & services from their premises, in-line with stringent commitments on service level agreements and Security company policies.

Your challenges:
As IT Extended Enterprise Product Manager, you are accountable for the delivery of the following IM services:
Business consulting:
-Support Business in the definition of the activity to be externalized and the associated use cases.
Extended Enterprise solutions design:
-Support EE (Extented Entreprise) Product Service Line (PSL) architect solution during the definition of the appropriate Extended Enterprise solution to address business requirements.
Projects:
-As Project Leader (or WP Leader), lead and contribute to the implementation, the acceptance and the run organization of the complete EE solution with a high level of coordination expected in regards to all stakeholders.
Run:
-To ensure monitoring & service continuity on Extended Enterprise products.
-Incident, request management, change management, demand management (Supplier set-up, ...).
-To manage escalation.
-To improve awareness, usage of existing solutions.
-To identify opportunities for harmonization and streamline the EE solution portfolio in close alignment with the business stakeholders and the enterprise architecture framework.
Your main interfaces will be:
- AH (Airbus Helicopters) IM organization: Technology services Product Service Lines (in particular Connectivity, Digital Workplace, Identity & Access Management, Hosting, Cloud&Automation), Applications and Security departments.
- AH Business: Methods & Tools and Business contracts representatives.
- AH Security Corporate.
- AH Export control.
- Airbus Helicopters Customer Centers (22 subsidiaries all around the world).
Your profile:
As the successful candidate you will be able to demonstrate some of the following skills and competencies:
- Master's degree level (or equivalent) in Information Technology or related field.
- Strong IT background with several years of experience in the IT operational environment ensuring the vision and the integration of the IT landscape.
- Good understanding of business requirements, customer service oriented and focus on quality deliverables.
- Partner & Subcontractor Mgnt, stakeholders management, Customers expectations & needs.
- Experience in working in agile mode.
- Team spirit and good relationships as well as service mindedness and accountability are key values for this job position.
- Analyze and problem-solving skills.
- French negotiation level.
- English negotiation level.
This role will involve some regular traveling in Europe and as such you will need to be able to travel accordingly.
This position is offered on a local contract only.
This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
