Job Description:

Airbus Helicopters is seeking an IT professional to manage the delivery of Extended Enterprise solutions. As an IT Extended Enterprise Product Manager, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of these solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and customer needs.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support business in defining activity to be externalized and associated use cases
  • Design Extended Enterprise solutions to address business requirements
  • Lead and contribute to the implementation, acceptance, and run organization of EE solutions
  • Monitor and ensure service continuity on Extended Enterprise products
  • Manage incident, request, change, and demand management
  • Identify opportunities for harmonization and streamline EE solution portfolio

Your Profile:

  • Master's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Strong IT background with several years of experience in IT operational environment
  • Good understanding of business requirements, customer service oriented, and focus on quality deliverables
  • Partner and subcontractor management, stakeholders management, customers expectations and needs
  • Experience in working in agile mode
  • Team spirit and good relationships, service mindedness, and accountability
  • Analyze and problem-solving skills
  • French negotiation level
  • English negotiation level

Travel Requirements:

This role will involve some regular traveling in Europe, and you will need to be able to travel accordingly.

Security Clearance:

This position requires a security clearance or eligibility for clearance by recognized authorities.
