The TeamARCHIMED's international team, comprising over 30 nationalities, has a diverse range of education and experience in the investment, medical, scientific, strategic, and operational sectors. The team's professional backgrounds include Private Equity (3i, Siparex, USS Ltd, Barings, capiton), Consulting (A.T. Kearney, Bain, McKinsey), M&A (Lazard, EY, KPMG, PwC), and Industry (Biotronik, Cerba, Pharmacy, Veterinary).
Your RoleAs an Investment Relations Director, you will support the Head of Investor Relations and top management in strategizing, planning, and executing fundraisings. This will involve market analysis, preparation of fund marketing materials, and legal and fund structuring and partnership-formation with various providers.
You will also be responsible for expanding the firm's network of global investor relationships, directly and indirectly, and promoting the firm's unique story to the investor community. This will involve attending key investor conferences and events and being an articulate spokesperson for the firm.
Additionally, you will support the development and execution of formal fundraising pitches and roadshow-type activities, as well as lead the planning and execution of the firm's annual Investor Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Key Responsibilities- Support the Head of Investor Relations and top management in strategizing, planning, and executing fundraisings.
- Expand the firm's network of global investor relationships, directly and indirectly.
- Promote the firm's unique story to the investor community.
- Support the development and execution of formal fundraising pitches and roadshow-type activities.
- Lead the planning and execution of the firm's annual Investor Annual General Meeting (AGM).
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 15+ years of experience in and an understanding of sales processes in financial services/private equity.
- A financial background, with a robust understanding of private equity fund structuring and terms, fund performance metrics, and portfolio financials.
- The ability to find creative solutions and proactively identify market opportunities for growth by accessing new and larger pools of Assets Under Management (AUM).
- A higher education degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- The ability to build a network and have experience managing relationships independently.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- An entrepreneurial approach and a commitment to helping build and establish a new business.
- The ability to work in teams and set high standards when it comes to cultural values like inclusion, meritocracy, partnership, accountability, client focus, and trust.
