Mission du Deputy Store ManagerEn tant que Deputy Store Manager, vous êtes un membre clé de l'équipe de vente au détail de Samsonite. Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec le Responsable de boutique pour atteindre les objectifs commerciaux et garantir une expérience client exceptionnelle.
Responsabilités- Concourir à l'accroissement du CA du point de vente grâce au suivi des différents indicateurs de performance.
- Participer activement au quotidien de la boutique : réception des marchandises, réassort, propreté, accueil et prise en charge de la clientèle, encaissements.
- Réaliser les ouvertures et fermetures du point de vente.
- Préparation et participation aux inventaires.
- SAV : conseil, prise en charge et suivi du dossier client.
- Animer et motiver le personnel, en formant, coachant et en impliquant l'équipe dans le développement du point de vente et dans l'atteinte des objectifs.
