We are seeking an experienced Healthcare RWE Director to join our team at Air Liquide Healthcare. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative healthcare solutions and shape the future of evidence generation.

About the Role

This role will involve leading a team of clinical project managers and regulatory & compliance leads, providing guidance in day-to-day activities, maintaining and developing expertise, engaging and coaching people to success, and driving a culture of performance.

Evidence Generation and Clinical Trials

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of RWE and secondary use of data challenges and opportunities, with demonstrated skills, knowledge, and experience in designing and executing RWE studies and clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Propose strategic and pragmatic solutions to answer business needs, in line with evidence gaps and stakeholder needs.
