Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Design Lead to join our team at Estée Lauder Companies. As a key member of our retail design team, you will be responsible for designing store projects for the EMEA region, adapting global design concepts to regional needs, and providing rendering and technical drawings for local suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development
    • Design store projects for the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with global design concepts and regional needs.
    • Develop and implement sustainable and cost-efficient solutions for store design and visual merchandising.
  • Project Management
    • Oversee the development and implementation of store design projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
    • Collaborate with local suppliers and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Visual Merchandising
    • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the store experience and drive sales.
    • Create and realize relevant and complete guidelines for regional store design and visual merchandising.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with regional stakeholders, affiliates, and internal teams.
    • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Interior design diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design, retail design, or a related field.
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Strong organizational skills, proactive, and detail-oriented.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Autocad, and Sketchup.
    • English language proficiency is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Software Skills
    • Proficiency in Vray, Microsoft Office, and Keyshot.
  • Industry Knowledge
    • Knowledge of the luxury cosmetics industry and relevant retail channels.
