As a Store Designer, you will be responsible for designing store projects for the EMEA region, adapting global design concepts to regional needs, and providing rendering and technical drawings for local suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

* Design store projects for the EMEA region
* Adapt global design concepts to regional needs
* Provide rendering and technical drawings for local suppliers
* Follow up on store design projects, including budget and supplier support
* Develop and improve the store design brand image in the region
* Create and realize relevant and complete guidelines for regional store design and visual merchandising
* Support implementation and development of permanent visual merchandising
* Create planograms according to global and regional marketing plans
* Design specific flagship windows and/or temporary activations
* Conduct market research and analyze store design and visual merchandising competitive advantages
* Build close relationships with regional stakeholders and affiliates, SDVM teams, and shopfitters
* Ensure constant optimization of work tools, processes, and communication

Requirements

* Interior design diploma or equivalent
* 5 years minimum experience in interior design agency or merchandising central department in store design
* Wide knowledge of the world of luxury cosmetics and relevant retail channels (FSS, department stores, perfumeries)
* Strong organizational skills, proactive, and detail-oriented
* Great communication skills
* English is mandatory
* Software (MAC): Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Autocad, Sketchup mandatory
* Added software: Vray, Microsoft Office, Keyshot
