Job Title: Store Designer

As a Store Designer at ESTéE LAUDER Companies, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and functional store environments that showcase our luxury cosmetics and retail channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design store projects for the EMEA region, adapting global design concepts to regional needs.
  • Provide rendering and technical drawings for local suppliers, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
  • Develop and improve the store design brand image in the region, aligning with global standards.
  • Create and realize relevant and complete guidelines for regional Store Design and Visual Merchandising.
  • Support implementation and development of permanent Visual Merchandising, ensuring consistency across the region.
  • Design for specific flagship windows and/or temporary activations, driving brand awareness and sales.
  • Analyze Store Design and Visual Merchandising competitive advantages, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Build close relationships with Regional stakeholders, Affiliates, SDVM teams, and shopfitters, fostering collaboration and open communication.
  • Ensure constant optimization of work tools, processes, and communication, driving efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Interior design diploma or equivalent.
  • 5 years minimum experience in interior design agency or merchandising central department in store design.
  • Wide knowledge of the world of luxury cosmetics and relevant retail channels (FSS, Department stores, Perfumeries).
Competencies and Success Factors:
  • Strong organizational skills, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Great communication skills.
  • English is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in software: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Autocad, Sketchup.
  • Added software: Vray, Microsoft Office, Keyshot.
