About the Role:
We are seeking an IT Security Auditor with a background in accounting to join our team at Harry Hope. As an IT Security Auditor, you will be responsible for auditing IT systems, evaluating security risks, and implementing corrective measures. You will work closely with our accounting teams to ensure the integrity and security of financial data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct IT audits to assess the effectiveness of security controls.
- Identify and analyze IT security risks.
- Recommend and implement security measures to protect data.
- Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
- Document audit processes and write detailed reports.
- Train employees on best practices in IT security.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Accounting.
- Proven experience in IT audit and security.
- In-depth knowledge of security standards and regulations (ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.).
- Experience in accounting or a financial environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
