Construction Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
Project Management: Lead the project management efforts, assist in obtaining necessary permits, and guarantee compliance with all applicable regulations.
Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary contact among architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure accurate implementation of plans.
MEP Oversight: Supervise and confirm that mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) designs are consistent with architectural specifications.
Quality Control: Ensure that all sub-drawings and construction processes conform to approved designs and specifications.
Effective Communication: Address discrepancies between design and on-site execution, managing communications with clarity and efficiency.
Project Timeline Management: Monitor project schedules and ensure that all structural components and materials adhere to required standards.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in construction project coordination with a solid understanding of architectural and engineering workflows.
- MEP Coordination: Proven ability to coordinate MEP systems and interpret intricate construction documents.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with construction management tools such as CAT and Rabbet.
