Position Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main liaison among architects, engineers, and construction personnel, ensuring precise implementation of designs on-site.
- Supervise and confirm adherence to MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) specifications and their correspondence with architectural plans.
- Assist in project organization, facilitating the acquisition of necessary permits and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Ensure that sub-drawings and construction practices conform to sanctioned plans and specifications.
- Manage communications effectively to address and resolve inconsistencies between intended designs and actual site execution.
- Maintain project timelines, ensuring that structural components and materials meet established criteria.
Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications:
- Significant experience in construction project management with a comprehensive understanding of architectural and engineering workflows.
- Skilled in coordinating MEP systems and interpreting intricate construction documents.
- Strong familiarity with construction management tools, particularly CAT and Rabbet.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at negotiating and resolving conflicts professionally.
- Capable of working autonomously, demonstrating initiative, and managing multiple facets of construction projects effectively.
- Current knowledge of construction regulations and standards, with the ability to apply them proficiently in a dynamic environment.
