Insulation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Insulation Labourer to join our team at Ineos FPS - Grangemouth.
This is a local labour only position.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Understanding and adhering to the Altrad Health and Safety policy.
- Demonstrating effective communication and participating in pre-job briefings.
- Working effectively within a team environment.
- Selecting the correct Insulation materials and finishes for various applications.
- Maintaining tools and equipment and ensuring they are correctly used.
- Identifying and escalating significant health and safety risks.
- Assisting trades people with Insulation removal and replacement.
- Undertaking instruction from the Supervisor and acting with professionalism.
- Maintaining good housekeeping and ensuring work areas are kept tidy.
- Reporting accidents, incidents, and near misses to the Site Supervisor or Site Manager.
Requirements:
- Must be local to site.
- Must have relevant experience.
- Hold qualifications or trade cards relevant to the role.
