Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Thermal Insulation Specialist to join our team at Altrad. As a Thermal Insulation Specialist, you will be responsible for carrying out thermal insulation duties in accordance with industry standards and company procedures.
Main Responsibilities:
- To carry out thermal insulation duties in a manner to comply with industry standards (BS:: and CINI manual).
- To maintain health and safety during thermal insulation activities.
- To understand and adhere to Altrad's health and safety policy.
- To demonstrate effective communication and teamwork skills.
- To select the correct insulation materials and finishes relevant to various applications.
- To identify and escalate any significant risks to health and safety.
- To remove and re-apply insulation materials and finishes in accordance with industry standards.
- To undertake instruction from the supervisor and act with professionalism.
- To maintain good housekeeping and ensure work areas are kept tidy.
Requirements:
- Thermal Insulation NVQ level 2 or 3, City & Guilds craft studies.
- Thermal Insulation CSCS Gold Card holder (desirable).
- CCNSG Safety Passport.
